Loss is such a cold blow to the spirit…depression, dampening as a winter winds blowing through a valley, grabs hold and seems as if it will never move on. A feeling of isolation sets in…and if one could draw such emotions, I think they would appear as this little creature’s harshest deepening hour. Yet this critter is also resolute and stands firm against the worst of such a dark winter world. Can I not be as brave…can I not just try?
